Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 IST. Quotes answered within one working day. Sunday enquiries go out Monday morning.
Sending a sample
Post or courier to the factory address. Mark it clearly with your contact number and a note on what to check: gauge, seal, blend or a like-for-like price. We report back free of charge.

What to include so we can quote in one day

Most delayed quotes are delayed because something on this list was missing and we had to go back and ask.

  1. Product and format. Bag, liner, pouch, sheet, film roll or cover.
  2. Size. Width x length in inches or cm, plus gusset if there is one. For rolls: lay-flat width, core ID and maximum roll diameter.
  3. Micron. Or say "advise", and tell us what goes in it and how much it weighs. We would rather spec it than guess.
  4. Quantity. Per order and per month. Monthly volume is what determines the rate.
  5. Print. Number of colours, or none. Send artwork later, we only need the colour count to price it.
  6. Delivery city. Freight matters on light, bulky goods and we quote it openly.
  7. Anything special. Food-grade with test report, UV grade, antistatic, tamper tape, perforation.

Do not have all of it? Send what you have. A half-complete enquiry with a phone number beats a perfect one that never gets sent.
