Documentation travels better than trucks

The practical concern for a regulated buyer several hundred kilometres from a supplier is not transit, it is whether the paperwork will hold up when a lot is queried eight months later.

What we keep on file for every pharma and food order:

  • Resin batch record, so your lot can be traced back to the granule it came from.
  • Accredited-lab migration test report to IS 9845, referencing your lot number rather than a generic archive certificate.
  • Job card with the line settings and gauge log for that run.
  • Virgin resin declaration on the invoice, in writing.
